- Starting June 5th - August 28th, from 5:30pm until 9:30pm Sidney transforms its main street into a a Summer market with local merchants, fresh produce, arts & crafts, great food & live music. Enjoy all sorts live entertainment on each block.
- During the day you can choose to go Whale watching or Kayak right from our property.
- The Sidney Spit ferry leaves on the hour right in front of our property. The 15 minute ride to Sidney Island is the beginning of an outing that offers 10 miles of beach and hiking beside fallow deer and peacocks there is even an old bomb shelter to be discovered (seasonal).
- We also have wildlife and sightseeing charters.
- The Mary Winspear Centre, on Beacon Ave, just blocks from our location, has a wide variety of Plays as well as Community events and Local trade shows.
- Victoria is only 20 minutes away and the nice thing about that is that you can leave the city when you want and come back and relax in our small town.
- We have great golfing only 10 minutes away.
- Hike or walk the trails and beaches.
- Rent a sail boat and head out for the day.
- Diving charters are available and fishing charters leave from the Port of Sidney one block away.
- When it's time to unwind, Beacon Landing Bar and Grill offers you the choice to dine in or on the deck only feet from the water.
