Arrival Information

Front Desk Hours: 6:30AM to 12:30PM

Check In

Check in time is guaranteed at 4:00PM.

Please call the hotel at 250-656-1131, the morning of your reservation, if you will be arriving before 4:00PM to see if your early arrival can be accommodated.

Both proof of government issued identification (photo required) and a valid credit card are required at check in.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Check Out

Check out time is 11:00AM.

Late check out to be requested on the day of check out up until 12:00PM.

Between 12:00PM and 1:00PM there is a charge of $50.00.

After 1:00PM there will be full nights stay plus applicable taxes charged to the credit card on file.

Two Ice Machines for guest use (one located in the Cannery building and one on the ground floor of the main building). Ice buckets are provided in each room.

Bike Use and Storage

We have Four Mountain bikes for guest use (helmets included), available on a first come first served.

Our new bike storage room is open and features charging circuits for E-bikes.
