A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. A pre-authorization will be taken on the card on file the day prior to your arrival for $50 CDN for incidentals. This can take up to 5 business days (depending on your banking institution) for the reversal to be seen on your statement. If the credit card on file is invalid, we will contact the guest by either phone or email. If the credit card provided is not updated within a reasonable amount of time, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to arrival. To prevent cancellations in, please keep your credit card information current. Please be aware that IF the physical credit card will not be available at check in, we require a third-party credit card authorization form filled out with picture id and the photo of the actual credit card, prior to check in, or reservation may be cancelled. Guaranteed check in 4:00PM PST Minimum check-in age is 19 years old. Government issued ID and valid credit card must be present at check-in. The guest checking in must match the reservation name on file. Payment in full is required at check-in. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Debit and Cash. Cancellations must be made 48-hours prior to arrival, otherwise a one-night room charge plus applicable taxes will be charged. Please note that from October 1 to January 31 we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. All Third-Party Bookings (Booking.com and Expedia, etc.) are governed through the third-party booking sites. Changes and cancellations to the reservation must be done through the third-party site. Non-refundable bookings, as noted on these sites, are charged at the time of booking. Our hotel is 100% pet friendly; a cleaning fee is charged per night depending on the type of animal staying in the room. Please contact the hotel for further information and/or to register your pet. As we are fully committed to maintaining a smoke-free environment for the health and safety of our guests. All rooms and balconies are considered non-smoking areas per the local government guidelines. There are, however, designated smoking areas on the property, please see the front desk for information. We kindly remind our guests that the use of any candles, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) is prohibited in all rooms and/or balconies. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, and a minimum fine of $250 CAD will be enforced. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction and no refund.
